We wish you all a happy new year filled with all the hope that is found in the Scriptures through Christ of new beginnings, of mercy and forgiveness, of justice and redemption, and of peace in your mind and joy in your heart in all your circumstances however they appear to your senses. May you seek and find the perfect wisdom that God promises to abundantly give you (James 1:2-5) so that you will know the glory he has planned for you and all that he has freely given you (1 Corinthians 2).
We pray that you will make use of all the DVD’s and accompanying viewer guides we have prepared to encourage and to help you to become more like Christ in this world through allowing the Spirit to translate biblical truths into your thoughts, words and actions in everyday situations. There are several groups throughout the country that are using these materials in small group studies for both women and men.
We also ask your prayers as we diligently work to complete our next set of materials to give many more people a reason to read the Bible and to know God as he is presented to the world through all the Scriptures.

Liz (Garcia) Pence is currently the Director of Hope Revealed, a ministry devoted to the promotion of the Old and New Testament Scriptures as the representation of the mind of God revealing his thoughts to human minds on the earth so their bodies can become the place where His promises come true. Through Hope Revealed she is developing DVDs, presentations and other materials to encourage hope throughout the world in the living God, who uses His power to reconcile Himself to human hearts for the fulfillment of his love.
All her classes emphasize the way the Holy Spirit uses the Scriptures to open our eyes to see the invisible, eternal realities of God so that living by faith instead of by sight, we can fully reach our potential to be a light of the glory of God piercing the darkness with our words and deeds.
She has traveled throughout the United States, including Hawaii, and to India, Mexico and Europe helping women learn to read the Bible in order to rely upon God to heal our spiritual blindness, to set our minds free from the fear and deception that cripples us, and to make alive what sin has put to death in our lives.
Over the years, Liz has worked with women suffering from trauma, depression, difficulty in relationships, drug or alcohol addiction and from other effects of troubled lives and broken hearts. As the former director of The Museum of Archaeology and Biblical History, she developed presentations joining the words of Scripture to ancient artifacts to help visitors “touch” the message of God and to promote dependence upon the Bible as the authoritative source for most accurately understanding ourselves, the material world we occupy and events throughout history.
Prior to her work at the museum, Liz served as a foreign missionary, living and teaching among some of the poorest families in Oaxaca, Mexico and helping to establish one church in a remote mountain region of southern Mexico. She recently married a man after God’s own heart named Jim Pence in May, 2006, and is now serving the Lord in Minnesota as Liz Pence.
